職位描述：

1、負(fù)責(zé)人才招聘，完善公司人才儲(chǔ)備和梯隊(duì)建設(shè)；

2、核算每月員工的工資及考勤復(fù)核，確保薪資發(fā)放的及時(shí)性準(zhǔn)確性；
3、負(fù)責(zé)辦公室日常行政工作；

4、協(xié)助上級(jí)安排的其他人力資源協(xié)同工作：如商務(wù)接待、翻譯等工作。

崗位要求

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，中文、泰語可作為工作語言，人力資源/工商管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、具備1年以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)，有本地生活、學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3、熟練操作office、excel、OA等辦公軟件。

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in Chinese and Thai as working languages, with a preference for candidates with a background in Human Resources or Business Administration.

2. At least 1 year of relevant HR experience; familiarity with the local market and preference for those with local living or study experience.

3. Proficient in using office software such as Office.
